Return Policy 

Thanks for shopping with Pops and Pins! We do our utmost best to make sure every transaction is smooth and easy as possible. However, we do understand that the occasional mishandling of our products do happen during shipment, or from the production of the product. Below, you will find our policy concerning returns. 

 

All Sales are Final! 

We do not accept returns that are not damaged. We do not classify any figure as “mint” or “perfect” condition, as this does not exist. There are ALWAYS some flaw to find. Items we sell are usually in limited quantity and are hard to find, so unfortunately we can’t accept returns if you don’t want anymore or the item is  not in “mint” condition.

Box and Paint Condition 

Please note that you may not receive the most “perfect” box and/or “perfect” paint job. We do our very best to hand pick the best looking items, from the collections we purchase, however there may be some with shelf wear, scratches, light creasing, small dents, and/or imperfections. If the issues are very obvious we will post additional pictures to show any significant damage. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to minor imperfections. 

We also have no control on how USPS, FedEx, or UPS handle our packages. Although we hope with love and care, we have all seen the Youtube videos. 

By placing and order through PopsandPins.com, you understand and accept the above policies. 

 

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been made. Please only place an order and/or a preorder when you are absolutely sure you want the items. 

 

Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages 

Please ensure you have the correct address prior to making any purchase. Packages that are returned or refused for will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to appear after the products returned. 

 

Product Returns for Severely Damaged Items

In the rare case that a product is severely damaged during shipment, we will accept a return within THREE (3) Days of the product delivery. Any return requests made after the THREE (3) Days will not be accepted. 

All return items MUST include the manufacturers original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with a return, we will not accept it and you will be liable for the shipping costs back to you. Also if you damage the product, we can not accept a return. 

 

How to Return Damaged Products

1) Reach out to us at info@popsandpins.com within THREE (3) DAYS of the product delivery.

2) We will need the following information:

- Please explain the damage

- A photo of the damaged product (each item if more than 1)

- A photo of the outer box with he shipping label intact. This will be forwarded to the shipping courier for a claim to be filed. 

3) Once confirmed, we will issue you an RMA number. Any returns made without an RMA number will NOT be accepted. 

4) Ship the item back inside a standard shipping box with all manufacturers packaging. Please write RMA on outside of box.

5)Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
